CT Scanning

CT scanning represents an advanced X-ray test, which produces multiple images of parts of the human body. Computed tomography provides the opportunity to obtain fairly detailed images of internal organs, soft tissues, blood vessels, brain, and bones.

Computed tomography is an examination that provides the radiologist with a complete image of the body and, accordingly, detailed information, enabling the detection of various types of pathology.

Computed tomography is performed in both planned and emergency modes. The examination reveals muscle and bone pathologies, clarifies tumor localization, assesses the condition of internal organs, is necessary for monitoring cancer treatment, detects internal trauma or bleeding, and more.

Various surgical procedures, biopsies, and radiation therapy are performed under CT guidance.
