What we offer

Medical escort for domestic and international transfers, provided by an emergency medicine physician. The doctor is fluent in English, is AHA-certified, and holds valid BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certificates.
Reception of the repatriated crew member in Georgia and, where necessary, hospitalization and the arrangement of subsequent medical management. Established cooperation and coordination with Tbilisi International Airport makes it possible to arrange transport of the patient directly to the medical aircraft when required, which simplifies and speeds up the medical evacuation process.
Full case management following repatriation, including continuation of treatment, medical supervision, monitoring of the clinical condition, involvement of the necessary specialists, and management of the patient's recovery process. The employer is provided with appropriately structured medical reporting.
Reassessment of work capacity and medical fitness, including carrying out the medical examination required before return to work and determining the seafarer's fitness to return to duty.
