Basic first aid

The course is intended for anyone who may encounter emergency situations.

Participants will learn to ensure a safe environment, the basic "life preservation" algorithm, adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first steps during upper airway obstruction (foreign body aspiration), principles of wound, bleeding, and shock management, as well as first aid for trauma and burns.

• Basic steps of adult CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

• Recognition of foreign body obstruction and initial assistance

• Basic methods of bleeding control and recognition of early signs of shock
