(+995 32) 225 1991The course is oriented towards those who may encounter emergency situations in daily life or the work environment, who want to master deeper, more structured approaches.
Topics include a brief overview of respiratory and cardiovascular system anatomy/physiology, adult CPR, management of foreign body obstruction in the airway, wounds and bleeding, shock, life-threatening medical conditions, systematic assessment of the victim (primary/secondary), trauma, burns, conditions caused by environmental factors (heat stroke, hypothermia, frostbite), poisoning, and animal bites.
Knowledge of the basics of anatomy and physiology of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems for better planning of assistance
Conducting primary and secondary assessments of the victim
CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and management of foreign body airway obstruction
Recognition and assistance for situations caused by environmental factors (heat stroke, hypothermia, frostbite)
Primary management of poisoning and bites
Communication with the emergency medical services team
