Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund (MCG) is led by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) appointed by the President of Georgia. The Management Team assists the CEO in implementation of the Program and acts in accordance with the Compact, Governance Agreement, MCG Charter and other governing documents.

The Supervisory Board oversees the overall implementation of the Program and the performance of the designated rights and responsibilities. The composition is as follows: Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Minister of Economic Development, Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Education and Science, Deputy Head of Government Chancellery, Head of President's Administration, two members of Parliament, one representative of a civil society organzation and one representative from the business sector. In addition, a representative appointed by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and one representative of a civil society nominated by th Stakeholder's Committee attend and participate in the work of the Supervisiory Board having the status of an observer.

The Stakeholder's Committee is an advisory body to provide advice and input to MCG at all stages of Program implementaion. The composition is as follows: Head of Roads Department under Ministry of Economic Development, Deputy Minister of Environment, Head of Agrarian Committee of Parliament, three representatives of civil societies and two senior representatives of the business community.
