MONITORING AND EVALUATION >> PUBLIC MONOTORING Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC), a non-governmental organization, has been monitoring Millennium Challenge Program of Georgia since January 2006. The project is supported by Open Society - Georgia Foundation. The EPRC published two monitoring reports, one in December 21, 2006 and the second in October 3, 2007. The Millennium Program monitoring is implemented within the scope of the Coalition For Transparency of Public Finances. The Coalition member organizations are: Open Society - Georgia Foundation (OSGF), Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC), Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA), Young Economists' Association of Georgia (YEAG) and Transparency International - Georgia (TI - Georgia).
